Shangke mainly processes materials supplied by customers, and it also deals with business of its own. Major products of Shangke include: pure prime-pressed cocoa butter, low fat cocoa powder, medium fat cocoa powder and chocolate block. Among them the cocoa butter and powder are the dominant products. 

　 The annual output of cocoa powder in Shangke is 6000-8000 tons, and the domestic market share is about 35%.



　　 Cocoa bean is mainly used to process various chocolate products, and is used in candies, beverage and baked food. It is normally processed into cocoa liquor, cocoa powder and cocoa butter before it's made into chocolate food.
